I am submitting the following as my completed first assignment. I am looking to have several Javascript applications in my web site. I have already incorporated a mouseover and a form verification routine. The mouseover includes the navigation keys and an animated banner. I plan on incorporating the mouseovers throughout the site primarily on primary internal linking.
I have also incorporated a form verification routine for my Guest Book. I am currently verifying if there is content in each of the required fields. I plan on making it more sophisticated to include fulfillment of selection and input structure criteria (ie. email syntax etc.).
I also plan on using javascript to set up cookies for tracking user preferences as they navigate throughout the site or an "I am interested in this" check box on each page that can be collected and transmitted when the form data is downloaded (I need to investigate which is more effective and efficient).

The site is for a the Santa Barbara Conference and Visitors Bureau - vacation and travel industry.
The javascript can be viewed under source code. The mouseovers include the left navigation buttons and the oval banner on the top right. The form verification is taking place on all of the required asterisk fields.
I assume this will fulfill my requirements of the assignment. If not, please let me know.
