Company Background:

1999-present: Go4media/Go4hosts, Greenfield, MA and Austin, TX - CTO, responsible for all Internet systems and networks. Web sites include the Go4media network of sites, including teen sites: Phat Start, Cool Teen Chat; the Go4hosts Hosting service; the Managed Services offering.

1999-2000: Alysis Technology , Holyoke, MA - Part of acquisition team that purchased Workout Technologies and started a division of a California company in Holyoke, that was eventually acquired by Pitney Bowes.

Senior Software Engineer: Responsible for designing and implementing a corporate network infrastructure, and for working with the product architect to recruit and structured the development team.
Customer Service Manager: Responsible for developing the customer service organization and recruiting and managing product delivery teams.

1997-present: KATN Enterprises, Bloomfield, CT - Founder and Partner. Company developers mid-sized Ecommerce Web sites. Acts as agent for hosting services and graphic artists. Clients include: Farmstead Telephone, OpalMine.com, Inns.com and YankeeLady.com

1994-present: On the Net, Inc. Georgetown, CT - Founder and CEO. Company provides Internet services and products. Targets corporate connectivity, marketing techniques and services to Internet providers. Developed i-Depth to offer advanced services to the general Internet community. Developed complex web sites, including the backends.

1986-1993: Desktop Ai, Inc., Westport CT - Founder and President. Company uses Ai technology to develop practical applications on desktop computers. Products: dBx, X2c , Over 5,000 copies sold.

1984-1986: DataViz Inc., Norwalk CT - Vice-president, Founding principal. Responsible for software development, and advisor on product marketing. Products: 'One Shot', 'MacLink'. Company emphasis on using advanced but easy to use software technology to bridge gaps in data usage. Top rated data bridge product for the Mac of all time.

1979-1984: InfoSoft Systems Inc., Norwalk CT - Executive Vice-president, Founding principal and First chairman Responsible for software development and customer support. Activities include product architecture design & specification, project planning & estimating, programming team management and overseeing of customer support staff. Consulted on marketing activities including product positioning, product pricing policies and customer contract negotiation. Technical responsibilities covered all phases of product development including documentation and end user packaging.
